CERTIFIED BY UL TO ASTM F2413-18 STANDARD

Our products meet the performance requirements of ASTM Specification F2413-18 as tested in accordance with ASTM Test Methods F2412-18a for the following safety hazards: impact resistance (I) for the toe area of footwear; compression resistance (C) for the toe area of the footwear; electric hazard protection (EH) and puncture resistance (PR).

IRAM STANDARD 3610

IRAM 3610 is an Argentine standard specifying safety footwear requirements and testing methods. It covers 42 different types of tests: structural, material, minimum height, etc. The tests concern everything from impacts to the fingers (up to 200 J of energy) to finger compression (up to 1500 kg/3307 lb), and mechanical resistance of the leather, linings, insoles, tongues, outsoles, etc.

OHSAS 18001 CERTIFICATION

OHSAS stands for Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series. The OHSAS 18001 standard is a document developed by standardization bodies from different countries under the leadership of the British Standards Institution (BSI). Maincal has its Occupational Health and Safety System certified to OHSAS 18001:2007, and focuses its efforts on implementing, maintaining and improving the system with a view to eliminating and minimizing operational risks.

INTI´S SHARED SOCIAL COMMITMENT PROGRAM

Maincal adheres to the Shared Social Responsibility Program that Argentina´s National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI, for its Spanish acronym) has devised for clothing companies.
